Support Worker - Melbourne Western Suburbs

About the Role:
- At PriviCare you will be providing support to a variety of vulnerable individuals within the community, living with various disabilities, including but not limited to, high risk mental health, psychosocial disorders, physical, and Intellectual difficulties.

Duties:
- Support with self-care and home duties
- Attending medical appointments and handling medications
- Emotional and social support- creating and meeting personal goals in those areas
- Implementing behaviour management strategies
- Development of independent living skills

You Must Have:
- Current First Aid Certificate Level 2 and CPR
- Current Driver’s License, Car Registration and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current and Clear Security Checks – National Police Check and/or an International Police Check if the applicant has resided overseas for 12 months or more and Working with Children’s check and DWES Check (DHHS)
- Certificate of Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module or agreed completion date
